PRODUCTION OF YOUR CUSTOM UMBRELLA
All of our custom umbrella production is done overseas because this allows us to offer our customers the best quality printing and widest variety of fabric, frame, printing and handle options.  But please note that lead times are long so you must plan well in advance!

Overseas Production

• How it works: Your custom umbrella will be manufactured overseas according to your         specifications.  You will have your choice of frames, fabric colours, handles and printing.
• Types of custom umbrellas available:  Long umbrellas, compact umbrellas, golf umbrellas, clear umbrellas...the options are limitless.  We have a very wide variety of frames, fabrics and handles.
• Minimum Order:  200 umbrellas.
• Fabric colours available:  For small orders (under 500 units), you can choose from the solid fabric colours we have in stock.  Please contact us for a current listing.  For orders over 500 units, we can create a custom colour fabric for you. 
• Printing colours available:   Limitless.
• Pre-production sample:  One pre-production sample will be provided for approval.
• Lead time:  For small orders (under 500 units), we will have to combine your order with one of our incoming product shipments.  Please contact us for details and allow at least 6 months.  For orders over 500 units, please allow 4-5 months for delivery.
• Price:  Typically our custom umbrellas range between $10-30 each.  The price is dependant on frame, fabric, handles, printing and quantity.  We will do our best to work within your budget to create a custom umbrella that works for you.
