CHEEKY LIFETIME WARRANTY

We are committed to ensuring your umbrella is reliable when the weather isn't. In fact, we believe that with proper care your Cheeky umbrella should provide a lifetime of rain protection, and as a result, our umbrellas carry a Lifetime Warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship.

If you have a Cheeky umbrella that you think should be considered for warranty, please take it back to the store where you purchased it with your dated receipt, and the retailer will contact us on your behalf. If this is not possible or you purchased your umbrella online, please contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instruction. Products will need to be returned to us for evaluation and must include a RAN and a copy of the purchase receipt.

Our warranty does not cover regular wear and tear, improper use, or improper care.

CHEEKY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you don't fall in love with your Cheeky immediately, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. If you purchased your Cheeky at one of our fabulous retailers, please return it to the shop with your dated receipt and follow their return and exchange policies. If you purchased from us directly online, then please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instruction. We will take it back and provide you with a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Returned merchandise cannot be used and it must still have the tags attached in order to receive the refund or exchange. Products returned without a RAN and a copy of the purchase receipt will not be accepted. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Cheeky Umbrella will not be responsible for loss or damage in transit, so please use a traceable shipping method and/or purchase insurance for your package.
