Warranty Policy

We are committed to ensuring your umbrella is reliable. As a result, we are continuously working to create the best quality umbrellas possible, and we stand behind them with a strong warranty policy.

FRAME WARRANTY POLICY  

We are proud to offer a minimum frame warranty of one year on all our products.  You can see the warranty time period noted on each product page.  If your umbrella fails to operate for any reason within the warranty period, we will repair it or provide a comparable replacement.

This warranty does not include misuse or abuse from force/impact, and it does not cover lost or damaged hardware (handles, tips and caps).  That being said, in many cases we can send replacement parts and you can easily repair yourself.  E.g.  We can send you some extra tips and instructions for sewing so that you can repair them yourself.

FABRIC WARRANTY POLICY

Our patio umbrellas have a minimum no-fade warranty of one year.  You can see the warranty time period noted on each product page.  If your umbrella has noticeable fading within the warranty period, we will provide a comparable replacement.

REPAIRS

If your umbrella needs repair after the warranty period, please contact us so we can determine if the problem is repairable and for pricing on parts.
