We are committed to ensuring your umbrella is reliable. As a result, we are continuously working to create the best quality umbrellas possible, and we stand behind them with a strong warranty policy.
CHEEKY WARRANTY POLICY
We are proud to offer a Lifetime Frame Warranty on our Classic Long Umbrellas and Classic Golf Umbrellas, and a 60-day warranty on the remaining umbrellas. If your umbrella frame breaks in its time under warranty, we will either repair or replace it. The warranty covers damage to the ribs and/or functional mechanism of the umbrella that occurs during proper use. Our warranty does not cover improper use or improper care, including rust or harm from force/impact, and it does not cover damage from normal wear-and-tear. In the first year of the Lifetime Frame Warranty, we will provide replacement parts/umbrella and shipping at no charge, and after the first year, we will still provide the replacement parts/umbrella at no charge, but will ask that you pay the shipping.
Our patio umbrellas have a warranty that covers manufacturer's defects on the frame. Our frame warranty does not cover improper use or improper care, including rust or harm from force/impact, and it does not cover damage from normal wear-and-tear. The Spuncrylic fabric has a no-fade warranty of 2 years, the Sunbrella fabric has a 5 year no-fade warranty and the Olefin fabric has a 6-month no-fade warranty.
Problems with sewing are more likely a result of regular wear-and-tear or mis-use than a functional defect, so they are not covered. But not to worry - these issues are typically easy for you to repair with a simple needle and thread. If you have lost the tip on a rain umbrella, please contact us and we will send you a replacement tip in the mail.
